Introducing the HRSA Health Center Workforce Well-being Survey

Dear Staff,

I am writing to introduce an exciting new initiative to collect feedback on the factors affecting workforce well-being. The Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) is implementing a Health Center Workforce Well-being Survey across health centers all over the country. Our health center is excited to support this survey.

This survey will play a role in HRSA’s efforts to support health centers by assessing and addressing workplace challenges in order to promote workforce well-being and satisfaction. Results will be used to inform national strategies to support all HRSA supported health centers. This online survey will launch in the fall of 2022. It will ask staff to report their thoughts on many aspects of their work life such as workload, resources, support from coworkers, as well as measures of well-being.

This survey will take approximately 25–30 minutes to complete. You do not have to complete the survey in one sitting; you can save your responses and come back to it later.

Your responses are completely confidential. Health center leadership and HRSA will not be able to access individual responses or link responses to someone’s name or contact information.

All staff will receive a test email from SurveyAnalytics (from the sender hrsa_workforce_wellbeing@surveys.jsi.com) to ensure JSI’s Survey Administration Team has accurate email addresses. Following the test email, staff will receive an email inviting them to take the survey. When you receive this email, please reserve 25–30 minutes of your time to complete the survey. Your responses are very important to HRSA.

If you have questions or need assistance, such as with accessing a computer, please reach out to [name of health center’s designated point of contact for the survey] at [point of contact’s contact information]. If you have any issues completing the survey, you can contact JSI Survey Support at (833) 408-3322 or workforce_survey_help@jsi.com to answer questions about participating in or completing the survey.

Sincerely,
